Nayda Cintron is a 38-unit new construction development that consists of a multi-family apartment building and two triplex rowhomes in the Fairhill neighborhood. Units will be affordable for households ranging from below-20% AMI to below-60% AMI. Landscaping wraps around the ground-floor community room, creating a shared green zone between the rowhomes and apartment building. The vegetated roof is designed around a future solar panel array, as the project pursues certification in the Zero Energy Ready Homes Program.
