This project constructed four new single-family homes in the Mantua neighborhood of West Philadelphia. The three-bedroom homes are built to Energy Star standards, with one of the homes being wheelchair accessible with a first-floor bedroom and full bath. Known as Rosalynn’s Way, the development provides safe and affordable housing to four more first-time homebuyers in Philadelphia.
