This project consists of the new construction of a five-story apartment building in the West Powelton neighborhood of Philadelphia, PA. The project will provide 49 new, one- and two-bedroom apartments on the second, third, fourth, and fifth floors. The first floor will have retail space with the space fronting on Lancaster housing a fresh food market. The project is an infill development located on a highly visible, vacant L-shaped lot at the southeast corner of Lancaster Avenue and Holly Street.
